Who looks after your details

What you share
We save your email address, the options you explicitly choose, the product you selected (Surveys, Members, Teams & Volunteers, Workplace or Communications), and the time and wording version of your consent. No questionnaire answers or details from organisations using People Organised are linked to this sign-up.
Why we use it
With your consent, we use your email for the choices you select: contacting you about opportunities for early access, sending the People Organised newsletter and product news, or both. Neither option is preselected. Joining does not create a product account, guarantee access or enrol you with another organisation.
Storage and access
Your sign-up is held in the website’s database through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare. The site operator can access it to manage your request. This sign-up form does not send an automatic confirmation email, and your email address has not been independently verified.
How long we keep it
Sign-up requests expire after 12 months. Expired records are removed during sign-up processing or the operator’s list review. You can ask us to remove yours sooner.
Changing your mind
For a new sign-up, we provide a private withdrawal link on the confirmation screen. Save it to remove both choices and your stored sign-up. If you do not have that link, or want to change one choice, email privacy@peopleorganised.com. The same contact is available for requests to access or correct your information, or raise a concern.
Browser and security information
The interactive examples use fictional people. Sample survey answers are not saved. When you submit the sign-up form, only your chosen product category is saved alongside your email and consent choices. We have not added advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. To limit abuse, the sign-up service briefly stores a hashed identifier derived from an IP address and time window; these records expire within two hours and are cleared on later sign-ups.
