As little as you need.
As connected as you want.
ONE TOOL CAN BE ENOUGH
Just Members. That can be enough.
Keep your list, membership status, renewals and basic messages together. Add another tool only when there is a reason.
Build your own combination
Everything essential to its own job.
Other products are optional. Basic records and messages belong with the tool that needs them.
Relevant information, shared for an agreed purpose. Connecting tools does not automatically share people’s details between organisations.
The person you need
may already be here.
Behind a name and a job title are skills, ambitions and ways of working.
Bring those into view. Help someone find their place, put an overlooked skill to work, or make an introduction that changes what a team can do.
The beginning of something bigger
And where could
understanding take us next?
Events. Onboarding. Partnerships.
Three further areas to investigate: bringing participants together, helping new people contribute, and looking after supporters and partners. These are possible directions, not announced products.
LONGER-TERM RESEARCHWhat if your skills could travel with you?+
A Skills Passport.
Evidence you can carry.
We’re exploring a way for people to show what they can do, backed by evidence they choose to share. A useful foundation for a future skills verification and matching service.
Why
Useful abilities are often hidden behind a job title or scattered across projects.
Where
Project opportunities, volunteering, development, mentoring and recruitment.
How
Record a specific skill, its evidence, who assessed it, when and in what setting. Let the person review, correct and choose what to share.
An idea under investigation, not an available product or a confirmed launch. Demand, verification methods and the business model still need testing.
Your organisation could help shape what comes next
What would you
make possible?
Join the waiting list for your first tool, get product news, or tell us the organising problem you want to solve.
Peopleprints and TeamBuilder are in use together in an initial project. This page presents the wider product family we are developing. The previews are illustrative; public access, packaging and prices are not yet announced.
Can I really use just one tool?
That is the design: each product should include what it needs to be useful by itself. Surveys is a product in its own right, and it is not compulsory for Members, Teams, Workplace or Communications.
What is shared when I connect tools?
The aim is to reuse relevant records, shared preferences and permissions for an authorised purpose. Peopleprints describe information a person has chosen to share. Connecting tools must not create secret personality scores or automatically pool information across organisations.
Why a separate Communications product?
Basic member messages and team invitations belong in the product that needs them. Communications is planned for deeper contact history, message preparation and follow-up across tools.
